Senior Associate - James G. Osborne In addition to working closely with the agents of Wisconsin Financial Group, Inc., Jim has two other passions in life. A pilot for over 35 years, he has a passion for flying. He often pilots a plane to meetings with a group of agents or to a meeting with an agent to assist with a prospective client. Jim also likes to work with computers. When agents have technical questions about computers, networks, high-speed Internet connections, web sites and software, they can rely on Jim for assistance. He encourages agents to utilize technology for everything from scheduling to sophisticated analysis of industry products. O.N. Equity Sales Co. (ONESCO) Staff - Dave and Dawn David L. Sennholz, CLU, ChFC, has been in the insurance industry for 45 years. Dave provides supervision as our Regional Sales Coordinator (RSC) for O.N. Equity Sales Company. Dave is an active member and past president of the Oshkosh Rotary and is an avid fisherman and hunter. Dawn provides agent supervision as Dave's assistant. Dawn is in charge contracting & licensing and compliance for our agents registered with O.N. Equity Sales Company. She also handles customer contact for qualified plans.
